Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026
1. Purpose
2413189 Ontario Inc., operating as Operations Link, builds software and provides IT services under the HyperScale AI, OpsLink and TitanGrid brands. We commit to treating people fairly and lawfully in our own work and in the way we choose partners and suppliers. This policy states what we commit to and how anyone can raise a concern.
Policy owner: Tahir Sheikh, Principal. Reviewed at least once a year, and whenever the company's size or work changes materially.
2. Who this covers
Everyone who works for the company (owners, employees, contractors and freelancers), and every supplier, subcontractor and partner we engage.
3. Our commitments
- Equal treatment. We do not discriminate or harass on any ground protected by the Ontario Human Rights Code, including race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or family status, and disability. We provide accommodation up to the point of undue hardship.
- No child or forced labour. We do not use child labour, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking, and we will not knowingly work with anyone who does.
- Fair work. We comply with Ontario's Employment Standards Act, including minimum wage, hours of work, rest periods and overtime rules, and we pay people on time.
- Health and safety. We comply with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and keep our work environment, including remote work, safe and free from violence and harassment.
- Freedom of association. People may join or form associations of their choice without retaliation.
- Integrity. We do not offer, give, ask for or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper gifts. We disclose conflicts of interest.
- Privacy and data protection. We handle personal information under Canadian privacy law and our published Privacy Policy, and we protect customer data with access controls and encryption.
- Responsible AI. We tell customers when AI is used to produce content or decisions that affect them, and we keep a human accountable for important decisions.
4. Suppliers and partners
Before engaging a supplier or subcontractor, we ask that they follow the standards in section 3 or equivalent ones. We may end a relationship if we learn of a serious breach.
5. Raising a concern
Anyone may report a concern, in confidence and without fear of retaliation, by email to tahir@operations-link.com with the subject line "Conduct concern". We will acknowledge within 5 business days, look into it fairly, and tell the person who reported it what we did, as far as confidentiality allows. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is a breach of this policy. Because the company is small, anyone who prefers not to go through the owner may contact the Ontario Human Rights Commission or the Ministry of Labour directly.
6. Accountability
The Principal is responsible for applying this policy, keeping a record of concerns received and how they were resolved, and reviewing the policy each year.
