Why only two self-serve plans?
Because pricing should be simple. Essentials gives every team the core platform — CRM, projects, scheduling, client portal, invoicing & payments, team management — at $79/user, with Nova usage metered whenever you want it. Professional adds bundled Nova credits, AI meeting minutes, advanced analytics and SSO for $129/user — plus the option to switch on add-ons like HR & payroll, managed accounting, fleet and field operations. Enterprise is custom-priced for teams that need dedicated infrastructure or strict compliance requirements. Pick the one that fits, start your free trial, done.
How does $79/user compare to Monday.com or Zoho?
Monday.com at roughly $17-28/seat gives you project boards and a light CRM. No client portal. No native payments. No AI agents. To match OpsLink Essentials you'd stack Monday ($28) + QuickBooks (~$30) for invoicing and payments + a client portal tool ($100+) — separate tools that don't share data, plus integration headaches. Zoho One is $37-90/user but has no voice AI, no native payments, and no real client portal. OpsLink Essentials at $79 is one platform, one login, zero integrations — CRM, projects, client portal, invoicing & payments on one database, with Nova usage metered in whenever you want it.
What does the 15-day free trial include?
Full Professional access — every module, every AI feature, unlimited users. We want you to see the complete platform, not a limited version. Build your workspace, import your data, invite your team. Nova helps your entire team with reports, emails, scheduling, and more across every module, and AI meeting minutes cover every call. (Vera and Luna are managed services we build for you — book a call to see them on your data.) After 15 days, pick the plan that fits. No credit card required to start.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
You've risked nothing. The trial is free. If you're on a paid plan and it's not working, cancel anytime — no contracts, no fees, no exit penalties. We'd rather lose a customer cleanly than trap someone who isn't getting value.
What are Vera and Nova?
OpsLink has two built-in AI systems. Vera lives inside the client portal and answers your clients' questions about their projects, invoices, and schedules — by voice, 24/7. Vera is a managed service — we design, build and operate it for you (setup fee + monthly retainer + usage); book a scoping call to see it on your own data. Nova is the internal multi-agent system for your entire team — domain-specific AI agents across CRM, projects, HR, finance, and operations that share long-term memory and context. Nova doesn't just answer questions — it writes reports, drafts emails, fills timesheets, schedules jobs, and guides your team through every workflow. No competitor offers anything like this at any price.
What is Luna?
Luna is a managed AI sales agent that lives on your public website — greeting visitors, qualifying leads, booking demos, and answering product questions 24/7. $9,500 setup + $2,500/mo retainer ($2,250/mo on annual), with 5,000 Luna conversations bundled each month. Busier sites are simply metered past the bundle — we size it with you on the call. We design, build, and operate Luna on your brand — book a scoping call from this page.
Do my clients pay anything to use the portal?
No. Client portal users are always free on every plan — unlimited. Your clients see their projects, files, invoices, messages, and schedule at no cost to them or you. Most competitors either don't have a portal or charge extra for it.
What if I need more Nova or Vera usage?
You just keep going — there is nothing to pre-buy. Pro includes 500 Nova credits/seat/mo (1,000 on annual). Past that, Nova usage is simply metered at $0.10 per credit and added to your next invoice; you can top up your balance or set a monthly spend cap any time in Settings → Subscription. Vera is sold as a managed service only — $7,500 setup + $1,500/mo retainer with 500 minutes/mo bundled, and we size overage with you on the call. See the "Done-for-you AI agents" section above.
Is my data secure?
Row-level tenant isolation means your data is cryptographically separated from every other customer. 95+ authorization policies enforced via Cerbos. Keycloak SSO with MFA. Zero-trust Kubernetes networking. Every API request authenticated, authorized, and audited. This is production-grade security on every plan, not an enterprise upsell.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Switch plans anytime — changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrading is instant (new features appear immediately). Downgrading removes access to Professional features but your data is preserved if you upgrade again later.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing is 10% off across all recurring lines — the Pro tier and managed-service retainers. Professional drops from $129 to $116/user/month ($1,392/yr); annual Pro tenants also get 2× Nova credits (1,000/seat/mo vs 500). Annual subscriptions are non-refundable; you can cancel renewal anytime in Settings.
Do you offer founding member pricing?
Yes. Our first 100 customers get founding member rates for their first 12 months — Essentials at $49/user/month ($39 annual) and Professional at $89/user/month ($69 annual). After 12 months, standard pricing applies. Founding spots are limited and won't be offered again.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Yes. We support CSV imports for contacts, projects, and financial data. The onboarding flow walks you through each step. On Enterprise plans, we handle the migration for you.
