Clients and sales
Every plan
One recordfor every client.
Every lead, deal and client in one record — the timeline, the work, the money and the files — and a portal where your clients sign, check progress, see their invoices and book without calling the office.
Every part
What is in it.
By the names the product gives them. Every plan unless a part says otherwise.
- 01
Clients
Open any client to see one record: a health check with a suggested next step, then the timeline, the work, the money, feedback, messages, connections and files. Filter the list by tag and save your views.
Whoever answers the phone already knows the whole story.
- 02
Leads
Leads from web forms, Meta and Google ads, or added by hand land in one inbox. Each carries a score, the reason for it and a next step, and converts into a contact and a deal.
You know which lead to call first, and why.
- 03
Deals
Drag deals across your own pipeline stages. A forecast shows weighted best case, committed value, this quarter, and the deals slipping or stuck. Mark one won and convert it to a client.
You see what the quarter looks like, and which deals are stalling.
- 04
Client portal
Your clients sign in to see their projects, jobs and photos, see their invoices and tell you when they have paid, sign documents, approve extra work, book visits and join meetings. Preview it as any client.
Clients check, approve and sign on their own.
- 05
Feedback
Clients rate a project or job from their portal — quality, communication, timeliness, value and professionalism — with a comment. Ratings land on their record and credit the team who did the work.
You know how the work landed, and who earned the praise.
- 06
Reports
Pick a client and a time window and generate an account report to view, print, save as a PDF, email or share. Analytics shows client totals and your pipeline.
You walk into a client review with the numbers written up.
- 07
Import
Bring your clients in from a CSV file. Duplicates are found and merged instead of copied twice.
You start with the list you already have, without a clean-up week.
On its own
What it doesbefore you ask.
Anything that would write to your clients waits for your OK. Nothing here sends a message on its own.
- Scores every lead and deal, with the reason
- Shows which clients need attention, and suggests the next step
- Drafts the next step for each client for you to send
- Chases documents a client has not returned
Joined to the rest
One record, both ways.
- Jobs, quotes and invoices
A won deal becomes quotes and jobs on the same client; every invoice and payment shows on their record.
- Projects
A client follows their projects in the portal — status, milestones and your team — and rates them when done.
- Communication
Email, meetings and the calendar sit beside the client; clients book into your open times from the portal.
- Vera
A service: in the portal and on your phone line she answers a checked client about their own jobs, invoices and quotes.
- Field operations
A service: visits, the tech’s notes and the customer’s signature land on the client’s record.
Where it stops
Said plainly.
- Clients come in from a CSV file. There is no importer from another CRM, and no sync with Google Contacts or Outlook contacts.
- Existing clients book from the portal; a new customer reaches you through a web form.
- Follow-up emails run in sequences that stop when someone replies. There are no newsletters or landing pages.
- Vera in the portal and on the phone is a service you arrange with our team, not part of a plan.
- Workflows you build yourself are on Professional and up.
Questions
Asked first.
Is the client portal included?
Yes. The portal is in every plan, and your clients use it free: they see their projects, jobs and invoices, sign, approve extra work, book visits and join meetings.
Can I bring my clients over from another CRM?
From a CSV file, which most CRMs can export. Duplicates are found and merged. There is no direct importer from another CRM.
Where do new leads come from?
Your web forms, Meta and Google ads, or added by hand. Each lead is scored with the reason and a suggested next step, and converts into a contact and a deal.
Does the AI talk to my clients?
Not on its own. It scores leads, flags clients who need attention and drafts next steps for you to send. Vera, a separate service, answers checked clients about their own records in the portal and on your phone line.
What does it cost?
Clients and the portal are in every plan: Essentials is $79 and Professional $129 per person a month, billed in US dollars, with fifteen days free and no card to start.
