Projects
Every plan
Projects forany kind of work.
A remodel, a fit-out or a consulting engagement — plan it on a board and a timeline, staff it, see what it costs against what it bills, and let the client follow along in their portal.

- Needs infoOrder the cabinets
- CompletedFrame inspection
- Under the board, the milestones by date — the late one marked.
Every part
What is in it.
By the names the product gives them. Every plan unless a part says otherwise.
- 01
Board
Tasks sit in four columns: To do, In progress, Needs info and Completed. Drag a card across and its status is saved. Each card shows priority, owner and due date, flagged when overdue.
Everyone sees what is moving, what is stuck and who has it.
- 02
Timeline
Milestones and scheduled events line up by date, each marked completed, current, delayed or upcoming. Add a milestone with a due date, open the schedule, or notify the team.
Late milestones stand out while there is time to act.
- 03
Team
See who is on the project and their part. Each member is a viewer, contributor, lead or owner, which decides what they can see and change.
Each person sees what their part needs, and no more.
- 04
Financials and billing
Budget, spent, revenue, collected and margin side by side, with a budget view by milestone. Billing lists the project’s quotes, invoices and payments, and invoices the project.
You see what a project costs and what it has billed without a spreadsheet.
- 05
Health
A score from Poor to Excellent, and the project marked on track, at risk or off track — weighing budget, milestones against the calendar, blocked tasks and client ratings.
Trouble shows up while there is still time to fix it.
- 06
Notes and files
Notes on the project, each stamped with who wrote it and when. Files in folders, searchable and opened in a viewer; every upload is virus-scanned.
Nobody hunts through email for the latest file or decision.
- 07
Client view
Switch a client’s view of the project on or off. In their portal they see status, progress, milestones, deliverables and your team, and they can rate the work.
Clients check progress themselves instead of calling the office.
On its own
What it doesbefore you ask.
Nothing here writes to your client on its own: their view shows what you have switched on, and reports are yours to share.
- Writes a report on how each project is going
- Keeps the health score current from budget, dates and blocked tasks
- Shows the client live progress in their portal
Joined to the rest
One record, both ways.
- Clients
Each project belongs to a client; the client follows it in the portal and rates it when it is done.
- Jobs, quotes and invoices
Invoice the whole project, or its jobs; what is billed and collected shows on the project’s financials.
- Team
Who is on the project, their hours and who has room — from the same people records.
- Communication
Milestones and meetings land on the shared calendar; the team talks in chat beside the work.
Where it stops
Said plainly.
- There is no Gantt chart and no task dependencies: plan with milestones on a timeline.
- The board has four fixed columns; you cannot rename them or add your own.
- There are no project templates to start from yet.
- There is no importer from Asana, Trello, monday.com or Jira; tasks are added in the product.
- Time on a project is entered by hand; there is no live timer.
Questions
Asked first.
Is there a Gantt chart?
No. Milestones line up by date on a timeline, each marked completed, current, delayed or upcoming, and the board shows the tasks. There are no task dependencies.
Can my client see the project?
Yes, if you switch it on. In their portal they see status, progress, milestones, deliverables and your team, and they can rate the work when it is done.
Does it track budget against cost?
Yes. The project’s financials show budget, spent, revenue, collected and margin side by side, with a budget view by milestone.
Can I bring projects over from Asana or monday.com?
Not by import. There is no importer from another project tool; projects and tasks are added in the product.
Is it in every plan?
Yes. Projects are in every plan: Essentials $79 and Professional $129 per person a month, billed in US dollars, fifteen days free.
