Questions
Asked by firms like yours.
Can I bill clients for the hours my team logs?
Your team logs time against a project and marks it billable; a manager approves it, and the project shows what is unbilled. Drafting it onto an invoice needs Bookkeeping. Hours bill at the person’s own rate.
Can clients sign and pay online?
They sign online: send a signature request and they sign in their portal. Paying is by cheque or transfer for now — they see the invoice there and record the payment, which you confirm.
What does it cost?
Essentials is $79 per person a month and Professional $129, billed in US dollars. Services are priced on their own, on Professional and Enterprise. The pricing page compares every plan.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Fifteen days free on the plan you pick, with no credit card.
