Do you replace my accountant?
No. Bookkeeping keeps your books from the work and builds the year-end package; your own accountant reviews it and files.
Do you run payroll for us?
No. Your company runs pay in the software: approved hours in, two approvals, a payment file for your bank, and every tax deadline tracked. Pay runs work for Ontario, Canada today.
Which of the agents do you run for us?
Vera, on your phone line and in your client portal — we set her up and run her. Nova, the assistant inside the app, you switch on yourself with a free trial.
What does it cost?
Each service is priced on its own, after a call about your company. Services run on Professional and Enterprise — Professional is $129 per person a month, billed in US dollars.
Do I need Operations Link to use it?
Yes. Each service works on the records your company already keeps in Operations Link — the jobs, the hours, the invoices and the clients — which is why there is nothing to export.
