Fleet
A service · Professional and up
Loads, drivers and trucks,on one board.
Book the load, assign the driver, see every truck, and let drivers do the paperwork at the dock on their phone. When the papers are in, the load can be billed — and the driver’s statement is drafted for someone to check before pay.

Every part
What is in it.
By the names the product gives them. A service · Professional and up unless a part says otherwise.
- 01
Fleet map
A live map of your trucks, placed by a tracker or, without one, by the clocked-in driver’s phone. Pick a truck or a route to see its path; switch on traffic and weather.
You see where every truck is without phoning the driver.
- 02
Loads and dispatch
Every open load in one list. Create a load and assign a driver — best fits ranked first — and it lands on their phone. Late loads and open issues show on each row.
You run the day from one list, not a pile of calls and texts.
- 03
Routes
Each active or upcoming route gets a proposed stop order, planned on truck drive times and graded strong, moderate or weak. See it beside today’s order, then apply, undo or dismiss it.
You see a better stop order, and nothing changes until you press Apply.
- 04
Drivers
Your roster with live status, assigned truck, current place and licence class, flagged when expired. Open a driver for the medical card, background check, drug test and MVR records.
You know whose paperwork needs attention before you dispatch.
- 05
Paperwork
Delivered loads missing a paper are listed, because a load cannot be billed without them. Bills of lading are drafted for you to confirm; drivers file proof of delivery from their phone.
You see which loads cannot be billed yet, and why.
- 06
Safety
Drivers photograph a pre-trip walkaround on their phone; a truck out of service stays blocked until you clear it. Hard braking, fast starts and likely crashes wait for you to coach, dismiss or escalate.
A defective truck is stopped before it goes out again.
- 07
Driver pay
Every week each driver’s delivered loads become a draft statement from your pay rules. You review it before it goes to payroll, and repayments wait for a second person’s approval.
Nobody is paid from a statement no one has checked.
- 08
Driver app
Loads with the next stop and its one next step, the walkaround with photos, proof of delivery with the receiver’s signature, fuel and lumper receipts by photo, pay statements, and SOS.
Drivers do the paperwork at the dock, and you get it as it happens.
On its own
What it doesbefore you ask.
Routes are proposals and statements are drafts: nothing changes a route or pays a driver until a person applies or approves it.
- Proposes the best stop order for every run, graded, for you to apply
- Predicts maintenance before a breakdown
- Flags unusual fuel use
- Drafts each driver’s weekly statement from delivered loads
Joined to the rest
One record, both ways.
- Jobs, quotes and invoices
A delivered load with its papers in is billed like any job; payments land on the shipper’s record.
- Clients
Shippers and brokers are clients, with the loads, invoices and payments on their record.
- HR and payroll
Services: an approved driver statement becomes earnings on the next pay run — pay runs calculate for Ontario, Canada today.
- Team
Drivers are people on the team, with their documents, roles and time off in one record.
Where it stops
Said plainly.
- Fleet is a service on Professional and Enterprise; the live map is Professional and up.
- Hours are kept on the driver’s phone as the driver’s own duty log — it is not a certified ELD.
- Not promised yet: load-board pulls, factoring, fuel-card import, FMCSA/CSA checks, border filing, IFTA filing.
- Routes are proposals you apply; nothing reroutes a truck on its own.
- The driver app is not in the public app stores yet.
Questions
Asked first.
Do I need trackers in the trucks?
No. With a tracker, trucks are placed by it; without one, by the phone of the driver who is clocked in.
Is it an ELD?
No. The driver’s phone keeps the driver’s own duty log; it is not a certified electronic logging device.
How do drivers get paid?
Each week a driver’s delivered loads become a draft statement from your pay rules. A person reviews it before it goes to payroll; repayments need a second approval. Pay runs calculate for Ontario, Canada today.
Can it plan routes?
It proposes a stop order for each route on truck drive times, graded strong, moderate or weak. You see it beside today’s order and apply, undo or dismiss it.
