Every business
Your books,ready for your accountant.
Run your company here — trades, trucking or an office — and the books come from the work itself: sorted, checked, posted to QuickBooks and closed each month, with a year-end package your accountant reviews and files.
Every month
The month’s books,due closed by the 15th.
Each month moves through five stages you can watch as they happen, and its books are due closed by the 15th of the next month.
- Profit and loss
- Balance sheet
- Cash flow
Every month
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, as a statement you sign off.
Every Monday
A snapshot of the books by email, and a 13‑week cash outlook on screen.
Any day
Your reports read straight from the books, and a copy of the books when you ask.
Sure, or held for review
Only what is sure posts itself.
Every entry says how sure the software is, and why. A new supplier is always decided by a person the first time, and about one in five sure entries is checked again.
- Posts itself
A rule you approved, or a supplier you have coded before.
- Held for review
The software’s best guess, shown with its reason.
- Held for review
Too little to go on, so nothing moves until a person decides.
At year end
One package,for your accountant.
The year’s statements, the trial balance, each account mapped to its tax line and a draft return with the judgement calls marked. Your accountant reviews it and files — nothing is filed for you.

Questions
Asked about the books.
Do I still need an accountant?
Yes. The books are kept for you and the year-end package is built — statements, trial balance, the tax-line mapping and a draft return with the judgement calls marked. Your accountant reviews it and files.
Which books do you work in?
Your own QuickBooks Online company. Entries post into it, and the reports come back from it, so your books stay yours.
What if the software is not sure?
Only sure entries post themselves. Anything less is held for review with its reason, a new supplier is always decided the first time, and about one sure entry in five is checked again.
What do I have to do each month?
Answer the questions it raises, send the odd receipt, and upload a bank statement when asked. The rest comes from the work your team already does.
What does it cost?
Each service is priced on its own, after a call about your company. Services run on Professional and Enterprise — Professional is $129 per person a month, billed in US dollars.
Do I need Operations Link to use it?
Yes. Each service works on the records your company already keeps in Operations Link — the jobs, the hours, the invoices and the clients — which is why there is nothing to export.
